From Wellness Practitioner to Wellness Marketer...

Before stepping into the world of design and digital strategy, I spent years working hands-on in the health and wellness space as a sports medicine therapist. Supporting others on their wellness journeys gave me a deep understanding of the heart, hustle, and healing that goes into this work.

But as much as I loved being part of the wellness world, I craved a creative outlet—something that combined my passion for aesthetics, storytelling, and purpose-driven business. In 2017, I launched a side hustle in social media management and quickly realized that helping other wellness professionals market their gifts was exactly where I was meant to be.

Since then, that little side hustle has evolved into a full-time business where I now help health and wellness entrepreneurs elevate their brands with intention and clarity.
