I’ve always had a creative spark…

Before stepping into the world of graphic design and digital marketing, I worked as a sports medicine therapist. While I loved helping others in that role, I found myself longing for a creative outlet—something that had always been a part of me. From art and scrapbooking to hands-on design projects, creativity was where I thrived.

In 2017, I decided to follow that passion and started a side hustle in social media management. What began as a small creative pursuit quickly grew into a thriving full-time business, and I never looked back.

Today, I specialize in helping health and wellness entrepreneurs build strong, impactful brands through strategic marketing and elevated design.
