Prompt: Share your story—what led you into wellness? What’s your “why”?

Pair with a throwback photo, a behind-the-scenes image, or a calm lifestyle pic.

2. Myth vs. Truth

Prompt: What’s one common myth your audience believes—and what’s the truth?

Example: “Myth: You need to cut out all carbs to balance your hormones. Truth: Your hormones actually need carbs—especially the right kind.”

This type of post builds authority and encourages saves and shares.

3. What a Typical Day Looks Like

Prompt: Walk your audience through a day in your life as a coach or wellness entrepreneur.

Example: Morning routine, client calls, smoothie prep, admin work—share your rhythm and make it relatable.

Use a carousel to break it down or a reel with voiceover for a personal touch.

4. 3 Quick Tips

Prompt: Offer 3 bite-sized tips your audience can implement right away.

Example: “3 ways to reduce stress naturally: 1) Magnesium-rich foods, 2) Daily sunlight, 3) A 3-minute breathing ritual.”

Prompt: Share a testimonial, breakthrough, or powerful moment from someone you’ve helped (with permission or anonymized).

Call To Action Idea: “Curious what’s possible for you? Let’s chat.”

6. “If You’re Struggling With…”

Prompt: Lead with a pain point and follow up with guidance or encouragement.

This works well for a Reel, too—especially if you talk to the camera and offer real-time advice.

Prompt: What’s something people ask you all the time? Answer it in a post.

This is a natural way to plug your own product or a favorite freebie.

9. Before & After (You, Your Biz, or a Client)

Prompt: Show a transformation—this could be visual, energetic, emotional, or business-focused.

Example: “Before: Hustling on every platform with no strategy. After: Posting 3x/week with a clear plan and finally seeing growth.”
